Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of StoneRiver Property Management including leasing, maintenance, renovations and financial performance.
• Achieve leasing and occupancy goals by coordinating with local leasing team and marketing programs.
• Manage accounts receivable collections and review maintenance expenses to control costs.
• Recruit, onboard and develop staff with support of SRPM HR.
• Oversee maintenance operations and address recurring issues with the Maintenance Manager.
• Investigate and resolve resident complaints and enforce occupancy policies.
• Drive resident retention and rent growth through proactive engagement.
• Maintain monthly and quarterly goals and ensure compliance with SRPM policies.
• Interface with external professionals and SRPM teams for legal, accounting and admin matters.
• Keep property files and records updated and participate in ongoing professional development.
