Job summary

Admiral Communities in Columbia, TN is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily property operations. You will collect rent, enforce rules, issue notices, and coordinate with maintenance to keep homes ready for tenants.

The role requires strong customer service, 2–3+ years in property management, and a high school diploma. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required; background checks will be conducted.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year customer service experience preferred.
• 2 years home sales/leasing preferred.
• 3 years property management preferred.
• Background check required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Collect rent and home payments as applicable.
• Enforce all rules and regulations established by the Company.
• Provide notices for late rent, rules, and violations.
• Appear in court on behalf of the Company regarding evictions (or complete paperwork if a lawyer is required).
• Make daily deposits for the first 10 days of the month.
• Advertise and show prospective tenants homes and lots.
• Walk through vacant homes with Maintenance to list repairs and readiness for move-in.
• Follow procedures for new resident move-ins and resident move-outs.
