• Leasing and Marketing: create and implement plans to integrate the community with the neighborhood, track traffic, adjust pricing, maintain competitor surveys, showcase features, prepare lease documents, resolve resident concerns, follow up on inquiries.
• Operating and Financials: create annual operating budget, explain variances, maintain organized office, coordinate maintenance with in-house team.
