Responsibilities

• Create and implement marketing plans for the apartment community.
• Track traffic, evaluate data, and recommend next steps.
• Adjust prices to reflect features of each apartment.
• Maintain competitive surveys.
• Sell prospective residents and showcase community.
• Prepare lease-related documents and handle renewals.
• Address resident concerns and follow up on inquiries.
• Create annual operating budget and explain variances.
• Coordinate maintenance with the in-house team.
