Elevation Property Management is seeking a Property Manager to lead financial and operational aspects of the community, overseeing staff, budget, rent collection, and reporting. The role demands proactive communication, professionalism, and independence for day-to-day property operations.

The Property Manager will supervise leasing, maintenance coordination, owner relations, and adherence to Fair Housing and company policies, while ensuring resident satisfaction and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years full-time experience in Property Management, preferably in affordable housing.
• Proficiency in tenant law and Fair Housing Act.
• Budgeting and financial reporting expertise.
• Strong working knowledge of RealPage, OneSite, and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Collects rent, fees, and other payments; prepares daily deposits and processes invoices.
• Operates OneSite and updates the system with required fields and backups.
• Review resident files to assess unpaid or late fees; enforce lease terms to maximize revenue.
• Submit vendor invoices, reconcile work, and communicate between vendors, accounting, and owner.
