Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company in Dallas, Texas is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of a residential community. You will manage leasing, budgeting, resident relations, and staff supervision to maintain occupancy and financial performance, while delivering exceptional resident experiences.

The role requires at least 1 year in onsite property management, strong communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with property management software such as Yardi.

Qualifications

• 1 year of onsite property management experience (leasing and bookkeeping)
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Excellent interpersonal communication and ability to motivate and lead a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); experience with property management software (Yardi a plus)
• Ability to review, understand and report financial information; manage marketing and budgeting

Responsibilities

• Manage the financial performance of the property including rents, occupancy, and expenditures.
• Supervise resident retention, renewal, and leasing programs to maintain occupancy.
• Oversee resident relations, including handling calls, requests, and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company policy and local regulations.
• Train and counsel onsite staff; oversee leasing paperwork and service requests.
• Analyze monthly performance and budget projections; participate in annual asset plans.
