Lynd Management Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and financial performance of a multifamily property in New Braunfels, TX. You will lead the on-site team, manage leasing activity, and ensure resident satisfaction while maintaining budgetary controls and reporting.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of related property management experience.
• Experience supervising and developing employees.
• Strong knowledge of multifamily operations, leasing, collections, budgeting, and resident relations.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing and housing laws.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Travel locally for bank deposits, meetings, errands, or other business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the on-site team and oversee the property’s operations, resident experience, financial performance, leasing activity, and physical condition.
• Oversee leasing, renewals, occupancy, collections, delinquencies, and resident retention.
• Monitor the property’s budget, revenue, expenses, and overall financial performance.
• Prepare accurate and timely operational, financial, and owner reports.
• Partner with maintenance to ensure apartments are market-ready and service requests are completed promptly.
• Regularly inspect apartments, amenities, common areas, and grounds to maintain quality and safety.
• Respond to resident questions and concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Develop and evaluate marketing strategies to increase property traffic and occupancy.
• Coordinate resident events and help create a welcoming environment.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing requirements, applicable laws, company policies, and safety procedures.
• Manage vendors, contractors, invoices, purchasing, and property improvement projects.
• Use company technology and property management systems to monitor performance and complete reporting.
• Communicate effectively with regional leadership, corporate departments, clients, residents, and employees.
