Job summary

Lynd Management Group, LLC is seeking a Property Manager in the Houston area to oversee day-to-day operations of a residential community. You will build a strong team, manage budgets, marketing, leasing, collections, and ensure the property's performance aligns with client objectives.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent; CAM preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of affordable housing property management experience.
• Strong knowledge of HUD policies and tax credit programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a multi-family community and manage staff.
• Prepare monthly owner and earnings reports and ensure budget adherence.
• Lead leasing efforts, set rents based on market conditions, and renewals.
• Coordinate property maintenance, safety, and capital improvements.
• Monitor collections, enforce lease terms, and manage delinquency.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for HUD/Tax Credit programs.
