Lynd Management Group, LLC is hiring a Property Manager to oversee daily property operations, leasing activity, and financial performance for a multifamily property in Houston. You will lead the on-site team, manage budgets, and ensure resident satisfaction while maintaining compliance with housing laws.

The role requires 2–3 years in property management and strong leadership, with travel as needed and a focus on delivering excellent resident service.

Qualificações

• 2–3 years in property management or related fields.
• Experience supervising employees.
• Strong knowledge of multifamily operations, leasing, budgeting, and resident relations.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing laws.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Ability to travel locally.

Responsabilidades

• Lead on-site team and oversee daily property operations.
• Manage leasing, renewals, occupancy, and collections.
• Monitor budget, revenue, expenses, and reports.
• Prepare operational and owner reports.
• Coordinate vendor management and projects.
• Ensure property and safety standards.
• Develop marketing strategies to increase traffic and occupancy.
• Respond to resident questions promptly.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and laws.
• Communicate with regional leadership and clients.
