Job summary

LR Management, the fastest growing property management company in Michigan, is seeking a Property Manager with prior apartment management experience to lead a team and drive community performance.

You will oversee leasing, maintenance, resident relations, and daily financial operations, ensuring timely rent collection, budget adherence, and compliance with housing laws, while mentoring staff and coordinating with vendors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience with multi-family, mixed-income housing developments.
• Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases.
• Team-oriented and able to multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all staff and oversee timesheet submission.
• Oversee accounts receivable, rent billing and deposits.
• Perform leasing agent duties and assist in training staff.
• Conduct employee reviews and maintain relations with residents and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with fair housing policies and confidentiality.
