Job summary

LR Management is seeking a Property Manager in Michigan to lead a on-site team, drive property performance, and coordinate real estate activities and transactions. The role requires experience in apartment management, strong communication, and the ability to supervise staff and relate well to residents and vendors.

You will oversee leasing, rent collection, and maintenance coordination while ensuring compliance with contracts, safety, and company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with multi-family, mixed-income housing developments.
• Previous experience in property management or related fields.
• Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all staff and oversee timesheet submission.
• Oversee accounts receivable, rent and fee collection.
• Oversee and complete inspections for unit turnover and maintenance.
• Coordinate service and capital contracts; maintain certificates of insurance from vendors.
• Perform general office duties and maintain records on-site.
