Job summary

SYNC Residential in Austin is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead our community with a focus on performance, service, and team development. You will supervise on-site staff, manage budgets, coordinate maintenance, and drive leasing efforts to maximize occupancy and resident satisfaction.

The role requires at least five years of property management experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of Property Manager experience.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Class A, Mid-Rise communities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Physically inspect common areas daily for peak readiness and curb appeal.
• Lead coaching sessions to maintain occupancy, resident satisfaction, and efficient work order management.
• Oversee on-site HR functions and supervise maintenance staff and vendors.
• Track budget variance, prepare reports, and ensure timely payroll and invoicing.
• Represent property in legal matters regarding resident issues.
• Oversee leasing procedures, including presentation, training, and move-in processes.
