Job summary

SYNC Residential in Houston, TX seeks an experienced Property Manager for a 193-unit Class-A mid-rise community. You will lead on-site team operations, supervise maintenance, and coordinate leasing, budgeting, and reporting.

This role requires dual AM/PM duties, and you will work the 1st Saturday of the month (10am-5pm). A strong focus on resident satisfaction, curb appeal, and efficient work orders is essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of property management experience required.
• Strong budget, leasing, and resident-satisfaction focus.
• Proficient in MS Office and property software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily community walks to ensure peak readiness and curb appeal.
• Lead coaching sessions to maintain occupancy, resident satisfaction, and efficient work orders.
• Manage on-site HR functions and supervise maintenance staff and vendors.
• Track and report utility management, budgets, and variances.
• Complete payroll timesheets and track bonuses and lease commissions.
• Communicate with corporate and executive teams on operations and status reports.
