Job summary

ResProp Management in Austin seeks an experienced Property Manager to lead a high‑performing team across multifamily communities. You will drive leasing, operations, and resident satisfaction while safeguarding profitability.

You will manage budgets, oversee P&L, conduct owner communications, and ensure property standards, with flexibility to work nights/weekends as needed. A college degree is preferred and 3+ years in property management is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in multifamily property management.
• Experience hiring, training, and coaching teams.
• Proven ability to drive revenue and occupancy.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead property operations to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Hire, train, and coach onsite staff.
• Build relationships with owners and conduct property tours.
• Ensure property standards, safety, and appeal.
• Oversee budget planning and monthly operating reports.
