Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily property operations, supervise staff, and ensure budgeted financial and operational goals are met. The role involves leasing, safety compliance, resident relations, and coordinating with maintenance to keep properties performing at a high level.

The position requires 1–2 years of property management experience, strong communication, and the ability to lead a team.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years of property management experience.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge in Fair Housing.
• Leadership experience.

Aufgaben

• Operate the property within financial guidelines.
• Perform daily property inspections and coordinate with maintenance.
• Supervise staff, work schedules, duties, and conflict resolution.
• Interview and hire property employees.
• Uphold AMC policies and report infractions.
• Meet leasing objectives using effective sales techniques.
• Address resident requests with discretion.
• Handle admin duties and required reporting.
• Design and maintain resident retention programs and social activities.
• Create/maintain marketing and advertising concepts for staff to implement.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, Fair Housing, and AMC safety guidelines.
• Investigate/report incidents involving residents, staff, vendors, or others.
