Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of a property, supervise staff, and manage resources to meet budgeted financial and operational goals. The role involves leasing, compliance with policies, and implementing resident retention programs.

The ideal candidate brings 1-2 years of property management experience, strong communication skills, and leadership ability to drive performance while maintaining positive relationships with residents

Formación

• 1-2 years of property management experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain positive relationships.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations is required.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and be self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Leadership experience is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily property operations within budgeted financial goals.
• Supervise staff including scheduling and task delegation.
• Interview and hire property employees.
• Ensure AMC policies are followed and incidents are properly reported.
• Meet leasing objectives using effective sales techniques.
• Address resident requests with sound judgment and discretion.
• Handle administrative duties including required reporting.
• Design and maintain resident retention programs (newsletter, referrals, social events).
• Design/maintain marketing concepts for property staff implementation.
• Ensure OSHA and Fair Housing compliance and AMC safety guidelines.
• Investigate and report incidents involving residents, employees, vendors, or others.
