You will manage staff, oversee financial performance, and coordinate vendor relations while enforcing company policies and regulatory requirements.

This role emphasizes leading on-site teams, maintaining compliance, and implementing processes to improve workflow.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience, multi-site or large property preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in computers, finance, management, and marketing.
• Florida CAM required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations to ensure efficiency and high performance.
• Assist the Regional Director in maximizing financial returns and asset value.
• Implement procedures and systems to improve workflow and ensure policy compliance.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and assignments with Maintenance Supervisor.
• Manage vendor and contractor communications, schedules, and billing.
• Foster strong resident relationships through excellent customer service.
• Prepare annual budgets and monitor income projections and variances.
• Ensure timely submission of A/P invoices and financial documentation.
• Supervise on-site staff, conduct evaluations, and manage timekeeping.
