Job summary

Woodruff Property Management Company is seeking an experienced and results-driven Property Manager to oversee daily operations, maximize asset value, and ensure resident satisfaction. You will manage staff, financial performance, vendor relations, and regulatory compliance, while leading a team in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, vendor coordination, and proactive problem-solving to deliver superior property performance and tenant experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience, multi-site preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in computers, finance, management and marketing.
• Valid driver's license with a clear MVR.
• Criminal background check and drug screening required.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations to ensure efficiency and high performance.
• Assist Regional Director in maintaining the asset and maximizing financial returns.
• Implement procedures and systems to improve workflow and ensure compliance with policies.
• Ensure prompt response and handling of community emergencies to minimize liability.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules with the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Manage property financials and annual budgets and income projections.
• Monitor traffic logs, renewal trends, and budget guidelines.
• Train, supervise, and motivate on-site office personnel; conduct evaluations and salary reviews.
• Oversee vendor and contractor communications, scheduling, billing, and insurance requirements.
• Foster strong resident relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
