Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in computers, finance, management, and marketing
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Criminal background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations to ensure efficiency and high performance
• Assist Regional Director in maximizing financial returns
• Implement procedures to improve workflow and ensure policy compliance
• Coordinate maintenance schedules with the Maintenance Supervisor
• Manage vendor and contractor communications, including insurance compliance
• Foster strong resident relationships and high customer service standards
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Process timekeeping and personnel documentation as needed
