Woodruff Property Management Company is seeking an experienced and results-driven Property Manager to oversee daily operations of the property and maximize asset value. This role manages staff, financial performance, vendor relations, and resident satisfaction while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience, multi-site preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with computers, finance, management and marketing.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations for efficiency and high performance.
• Assist Regional Director to maximize financial returns.
• Implement procedures to improve workflow and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and vendor communications.
• Manage property financials, budgets, and A/P processing.
• Supervise on-site staff and conduct performance evaluations.
• Maintain resident relations and ensure high customer service standards.
