Responsabilidades

• Run day-to-day operations of the community and supervise onsite staff.
• Oversee leasing of apartments and maintain occupancy.
• Manage rent collection, ledgers, deposits and petty cash.
• Ensure resident relations and enforce community rules.
• Monitor budgets and work with Regional Supervisor to meet goals.
• Utilize property management software to track operations.
