ZRS Management LLC in Palm Harbor, FL is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day apartment community operations. You will maximize revenue, provide exceptional resident service, and lead a team across leasing, maintenance, and administrative staff.

Responsibilities include marketing, rent collection, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with company standards. A valid driver license is required, and flexible hours including evenings/weekends may be needed.

Formación

• High school diploma required; post-secondary preferred in business or property management.
• Previous multifamily property management experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and property management software.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and resident relations.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract residents.
• Hire, train, and supervise leasing consultants, techs, and staff.
• Coordinate work orders, move-ins, and make-ready steps.
• Conduct property inspections and maintain financial records and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
