ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of apartment communities in Coral Gables, FL. You will focus on exceptional resident service while maximizing revenue, reporting to the Regional Manager.

You will manage leasing, maintenance, and staff, implement marketing strategies, conduct market research, and ensure financial accountability. A strong customer-service mindset and ability to lead a team are essential.

Formación

• High school diploma required; post-secondary preferred in business or property management.
• Previous experience as Property Manager in the multifamily apartment industry is highly preferred
• Valid Driver's License required
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Responsabilidades

• Oversee leasing operations, rent collection, maintenance and resident relations.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
• Conduct market research to determine rental rates and maintain competitive pricing.
• Hire, train, supervise and motivate a dedicated team of leasing consultants, maintenance technicians, and administrative staff.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure timely completion of work orders, move-ins, make-ready, and maintenance requests.
• Oversee lease renewals, negotiate terms, and maximize resident retention.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, prepare budgets, and analyze performance.
• Resolve resident concerns and maintain a positive community atmosphere.
