Job summary

Bozzuto is seeking a Property Manager in Philadelphia to lead a community with a focus on delivering exceptional resident experiences. You will drive sales, occupancy, and budget adherence while managing financial performance and reporting to clients.

You will cultivate relationships, analyze market intelligence, and collaborate with marketing to execute effective strategies, while supporting team growth and ensuring high guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of property management, hospitality or retail experience.
• Strong leadership and client relationship track record.
• Revenue, budget and P&L management experience.
• Proficiency with YARDI and basic accounting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and uphold Bozzuto core values and culture.
• Execute sales, marketing and operations to meet occupancy and retention goals.
• Manage financial performance of the property.
• Create and deliver timely financial and operational reports to clients.
• Build relationships and loyalty with constituents.
