You will oversee marketing and operations, report findings to clients, and coach the team to achieve goals. The role requires weekend work cadence and a commitment to Bozzuto's values and growth.

Qualifications

• 4 year college degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience in property management, hospitality or retail industries.
• Strong leadership track record.
• Impeccable client and customer relationship track record.

Responsibilities

• Leading by example and role modeling Bozzuto's standards and culture.
• Execute sales, marketing and operational activities to achieve occupancy and retention goals.
• Manage the financial performance of the property.
• Create and deliver timely financial and operational reports to clients.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with all constituents.
• Partner with consumer marketing to implement marketing strategies.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and outstanding customer reviews.
• Work weekends one weekend per month with two days off during the week.
• Inspire professional growth and development of team members.
• Roll up your sleeves and assist team members.
