Job summary

Pegasus Residential in North Carolina is seeking a Property Manager to lead a multifamily team on-site. You will balance strong customer service with budgeting, leasing, and maintenance, ensuring efficient operations and profitability across the property.

You’ll coach staff, ensure Fair Housing compliance, and drive employee development while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to exceed occupancy and service goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience as a residential property manager required.
• Proven supervisory experience: selection and hiring, team training and coaching, budget processing.
• Working knowledge of multifamily property management practices and processes: Fair Housing laws and regulations, building and grounds maintenance, resident relations, leasing, rent collection, eviction procedures, accounting principles, property safety, and use of property management and accounting software.
• A strong understanding of bottom-line and balancing income and expenses for best results.
• Occasional travel required.
• Knowledge of OneSite and Ops Technology is strongly encouraged.
