• Manage leasing, renewals, marketing, and community outreach to maintain strong occupancy
• Oversee budgets, financial reporting, rent collection, and cost controls
• Build relationships with residents, vendors, and the property team
• Address resident concerns with empathy and solutions-focused thinking
• Ensure property is well-maintained, safe, and compliant with laws and policies
