Job summary

ONYX Multifamily Group in Waco, TX is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee daily operations of The Edmond, a multifamily community. You’ll lead on-site teams, manage leasing, budgets, reports, and resident relations to deliver an exceptional living experience.

Responsibilities include budgeting, rent collection, vendor management, property maintenance, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Property Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• Strong financial oversight, resident relations, and maintenance experience.
• Leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of Fair Housing requirements and safety standards.
• Experience with property management software and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the property and monitor performance.
• Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly property reports and track key metrics.
• Develop and manage property budgets and control expenses.
• Collect rent, monitor accounts receivable, and coordinate evictions if needed.
• Maintain financial records and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
• Foster positive resident relationships through effective communication and conflict resolution.
• Oversee leasing process, background checks, and marketing efforts.
• Ensure property maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and service contracts.
