Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking an experienced Property Manager for Altis Grand Suncoast. You will guide the onsite team to ensure the community runs smoothly and delivers strong resident service.

The role offers competitive compensation with a bonus plan, benefits including health coverage, a 401(k) match, and time off. A valid driver’s license and strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Industry software experience (YARDI, E Site) preferred.
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines; weekends may be required.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hiring, training, supervising, and motivating the property staff.
• Manage the community’s revenue and expenses to ensure the budget and financial guidelines are met.
• Maintain accurate resident records, post rent, deposits and fees and all A/P functions.
• Follow policies and procedures for compliance with staff and residents.
• Complete building inspections and ensure the property meets standards.
• Follow up on service requests with maintenance and close completed items.
• Promote resident satisfaction and address concerns with resolution.
• Perform reporting and administrative tasks with high attention to detail.

Compensation

$85,000 to $95,000 annually + bonus

Overview

Altis Grand Suncoast is looking for an experienced Property Manager who can guide their team to ensure the community is running smoothly.

• Complete building inspections and take appropriate action to ensure that the physical aspects of the property meet standards
• Follow up on service requests with maintenance team and ensure residents requests have been completed
• Promote resident satisfaction by serving as a resource for residents to express their concerns and assist with resolution
• Perform required reporting and administrative tasks with a high attention to detail
