• Excellent customer service and resident relations.
• Proficient in budgeting, reporting, and financials.
• Effective communication, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, training and development for the onsite team.
• Maintain direct supervision of all staff, including schedules and duties.
• Supervise resident retention, renewal, and leasing programs to maximize occupancy.
• Drive outstanding customer service with residents and build lasting relationships.
• Oversee resident relations including calls, requests and concerns.
• Drive financial results to meet income and expense goals.
• Analyze market trends to inform marketing and leasing strategies.
• Lead sales and leasing processes and monitor market conditions.
• Coordinate with maintenance for property conditions and curb appeal.
• Handle bookkeeping tasks including rent collection and variance reports.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure safety and appearance standards.
• Exercise independent judgment to resolve resident issues.
• Adhere to Fair Housing laws and TI Policies.
