The Tipton Group is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead a multifamily community. You will supervise on-site leasing and maintenance teams, drive occupancy, and deliver outstanding resident service.

You will oversee financial performance, rent collections, and make-readies while upholding company policies. A hands-on, proactive leader is preferred to grow the community and support marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Property Manager in multifamily housing.
• Strong leadership and team supervision abilities.
• Proficient in property management software such as OneSite.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead, motivate, and supervise on-site leasing and maintenance teams.
• Oversee leasing activities, renewals, and resident retention to maintain occupancy.
• Build positive relationships with residents and provide exceptional service.
• Monitor rent collections, delinquency, and financial performance.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff for timely service and make-readies.
• Review property reports and meet regional deadlines.
• Ensure lease agreements and community policies are followed.
• Support marketing and leasing strategies to attract residents.
