Job summary

The Tipton Group in Conroe, TX is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to work with the Property Manager, delivering exceptional resident service and supporting daily community operations.

You will assist with lease administration, renewals, and enforcing lease terms, build strong resident relationships, coordinate maintenance, and help the team hit occupancy goals. We offer comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of multifamily leasing or assistant PM experience.
• Working knowledge of property management software; RealPage a plus.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with residents and provide personalized service.
• Support the Property Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Assist with lease administration, renewals, and policy enforcement.
• Respond to resident questions promptly and professionally.
• Prepare property reports by collecting, reviewing, and summarizing data.
• Coordinate maintenance and assist with marketing to fill vacancies.
