Job summary

Tipton is seeking an experienced Property Manager in Fort Worth, TX to lead a multi-family apartment community with a focus on exceptional customer service and strong sales and leadership capabilities.

You will manage leasing, reporting, and tenant relations, while coordinating with maintenance and management for timely repairs and occupancy goals. The role requires a proactive, team-oriented leader able to drive daily performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years' experience as a Property Manager.
• Working knowledge of property management software such as OneSite.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with residents and provide personalized service.
• Negotiate and enforce leases.
• Meet deadlines set by management or regional managers.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
• Maintain property by addressing tenant complaints and coordinating repairs.
• Attract tenants by advertising vacancies, obtaining referrals, and showing units.
• Manage leasing agents and provide clear instructions to reach daily goals.
