Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Property Manager in multifamily housing.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Experience with property management software such as OneSite.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and supervise on-site leasing and maintenance teams to meet goals.
• Oversee leasing activities, renewals, and resident retention strategies.
• Build strong relationships with residents and provide exceptional service.
• Monitor rent collections and financial performance; review reports.
• Coordinate with maintenance for timely service and make-readies.
• Ensure lease terms and community policies are followed.
• Support marketing and leasing efforts to maintain occupancy.
