Timberland Partners in Springdale, AR, seeks a Property Manager for a 234-unit community. You’ll oversee staffing, marketing, maintenance, and resident relations, ensuring smooth operations and a strong resident experience.

The role requires 3+ years in property management, on-site leasing or supervisory experience, and knowledge of Fair Housing. MS Office and Yardi familiarity are preferred; 401K and extensive benefits accompany the package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property manager experience
• 2+ years on-site leasing or supervisory experience with customer service
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
• High school diploma or equivalent; college-level preferred
• MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook
• Yardi experience preferred
• Apartment association membership preferred
• Industry designations preferred

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage community rental rates to maximize income
• Address resident complaints and requests appropriately
• Maintain appearance and report/complete maintenance
• Implement marketing initiatives as prescribed by Marketing
• Review applications, prepare leases, complete paperwork
• Ensure apartments are ready for move-in on schedule
• Orient new residents to the community
• Prepare annual budgets
• Ensure deposits and rent payments are collected on time
• Set work schedules for on-site staff
• Lead by example and support staff development
