Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce the property's management plan and policies.
• Review rental applications for eligibility and lease completion within timelines.
• Collect rent, issue receipts and manage deposits per procedures.
• Inspect property weekly and routine safety/compliance checks.
• Coordinate maintenance, vendor bids and schedule; supervise staff.
• Prepare timecards and property reports for corporate.
• Maintain resident files and incident reports with proper documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and Agency rules.
