You will work under the Portfolio Manager, coordinating with maintenance and asset management to deliver a clean, well-maintained community and a strong resident experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in property management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of property management software; Onesite a plus.
• Ability to lead and train team members and coordinate with maintenance and asset managers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations and financial performance.
• Manage rent collections, delinquent accounts, and rent postings.
• Conduct move-in orientations and review policies with residents.
• Ensure lease approvals meet qualifications and funding deadlines.
• Maintain compliance with LIHTC/HOME program requirements and Fair Housing rules.
• Assist in preparing annual operating budgets with the Portfolio Manager.
• Coordinate with maintenance to minimize income loss from vacancies.
• Respond to emergencies and document incidents as required.
• Communicate with residents, applicants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
