WinnCompanies is seeking a Property Manager I to join our team at Waters Edge Apartments, a 91-unit affordable, senior property housing community located in Chicago, IL.
In this role, you will oversee the daily operations, leasing, financial performance, maintenance, and compliance of the community while delivering exceptional resident service. The ideal candidate has experience in property management, multifamily housing, leasing, resident relations, and team leadership, and is committed to maintaining a high-performing, well-managed community.
The pay range for this role is $28.85-$29.81 per hour. The selected candidate will adhere to the following schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM and every other Saturday from 9:00AM to 12:00PM.
