Northridge Terrace Apartments in Palmer, Alaska is seeking a Property Manager I to lead daily operations and maximize property performance.

You will manage leasing, maintenance, staff development, and financial reporting while ensuring compliance with housing laws. This part-time onsite role requires strong leadership and customer service, with an emphasis on occupancy and NOI growth.

Formación

• High school education or equivalent is required.
• CPM, CAM, RMP, or CMCA certifications are preferred but not required.
• Intermediate computer and Internet knowledge.
• Proficiency with on-site resident management software functions.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve highest NOI through effective cost control.
• Maintain high occupancy levels.
• Develop marketing plans aligned with market conditions.
• Prepare and render operational and financial data to Regional Manager.
• Lead on-site team with clear standards and training.
• Implement company policies and procedures.
• Lead daily/weekly team meetings.
• Ensure all physical aspects of the Community are safe and operational.
• Schedule vendors for turnover-ready units.
• Visually inspect grounds, buildings, and apartments.
• Complete and analyze market surveys.
