Qualifications

• Ability to apply logical thinking to define problems and take action.
• Effective communication to a diverse group of people.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Fair Housing certification prior to interaction with prospects or residents.
• Proficiency in MS Office and community software.
• Knowledge of OSHA laws and regulations.
• Willingness to training on new laws.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Present self in a neat, professional manner; follow handbook.
• Comply with Employee Handbook.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate property financial records and budgets.
• Ensure rents and fees are collected and deposited timely.
• Coordinate marketing to fill units and monitor leasing metrics.
• Input lease paperwork into Appfolio accurately and promptly.
• Lead emergency response with staff and residents.
• Supervise and train on-site team; schedule maintenance.
• Ensure safety and compliance with company policies.
