Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise the property office and bookkeeping, marketing, and lease prep.
• Market the property in accordance with regulations and agent guidelines.
• Submit required reports to management or authorities.
• Maintain office files and ensure proper deposits of funds.
• Inspect daily and coordinate repairs as needed.
• Hire, train, supervise, evaluate, and discipline staff.
• Respond to resident requests and complaints.
• Assist with any other task as assigned.
