WinnCompanies is seeking a Property Manager I for Schoolhouse Apartments, Waterbury, CT. You will oversee daily operations, leasing, budgets, maintenance, and compliance of an affordable community while delivering exceptional resident service.

The role requires 1-3 years in property management, with strong customer service and leadership skills. Hours are typically Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, and the pay range is $22.00–$24.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in property management, multifamily housing, leasing, or residential operations.
• Experience supervising or leading a team.
• Knowledge of property management operations and landlord-tenant laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a multifamily community to maintain occupancy, resident satisfaction, and compliance.
• Oversee leasing activities: marketing, applications, move-ins/outs, renewals, and rent increases.
• Drive occupancy, rent collections, resident retention, and revenue goals.
