Job summary

National Church Residences is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a senior affordable housing community in Stamford, CT. You will help maintain high occupancy, ensure regulatory compliance, and supervise on-site staff.

The role requires financial oversight, strong communication, and knowledge of housing regulations. Candidate should have experience in affordable housing management and proficiency with standard software tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; CPM/ARM certification preferred.
• 2+ years of affordable housing property management experience.
• Strong knowledge of housing regulations, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of affordable housing communities, ensuring occupancy and resident satisfaction.
• Oversee leasing, marketing, rent collection, and occupancy targets.
• Ensure compliance with HUD, LIHTC, and related programs.
