Job summary

National Church Residences is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of affordable housing communities in Stamford, CT. You will ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgets, and supervise on-site staff while maintaining high occupancy and positive resident relations.

Responsibilities include leasing oversight, resident service coordination, and timely reporting. Strong knowledge of housing regulations and proficiency with PM software and MS Office are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of affordable housing property management experience.
• CPM or ARM certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of housing regulations, leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and MS Office.

Job Summary
