Job summary

Home Forward is seeking two Property Managers to oversee a portfolio of properties in Portland, OR. Responsibilities include daily operations, maintenance, and ensuring leasing compliance. The roles require coordinating across departments to oversee budget, resident safety, and a site-based team.

Compensation begins at $80,824.39 annually, with generous benefits and a hybrid work setup. The positions are located at Meadowlark Place and Cesar Apartments in Portland.

Qualifications

• Five years of increasingly responsible experience with a property management company or housing agency serving disadvantaged populations.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, or related field preferred.
• ARM or PHM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of managing a portfolio of properties, including daily operations and maintenance.
• Ensure adherence to leasing requirements and provide oversight to budget.
• Collaborate across departments and with internal/external stakeholders to achieve goals.
• Manage a site-based team and ensure resident safety.
