Home Forward is seeking two (2) Property Managers.
The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of managing a portfolio of Home Forward managed properties, including daily operations, maintenance, and ensuring adherence to leasing requirements. Property managers collaborate across departments to provide oversight to budget, ensure resident safety, and manage a site based team. The Property Manager collaborates with internal and external stakeholders in the considerations of significant goals, concepts, initiatives, and other activities that profoundly affect Home Forward, its employees, and the people that it serves.
