Responsibilities

• Accomplishes financial objectives by collecting rents; paying bills; forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures.
• Establishes rental rates by surveying local rental rates and calculating overhead costs.
• Creates marketing plan and attracts residents by advertising vacancies and showing units.
• Maintains property by inspecting units, coordinating repairs, and planning renovations.
• Ensures security and compliance by contracting security services and enforcing occupancy policies.
