Job summary

Red Oak Management Co., Inc. in Muskegon, MI is seeking an experienced full-time HUD Housing Site Manager to lead operations at a large affordable housing community.

You will supervise staff, ensure HUD compliance, and foster positive resident relations to create thriving, safe neighborhoods. You’ll coordinate leasing, lease signings, and welcome new residents while coordinating maintenance, work orders, and preventative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise an office/leasing assistant and maintain high customer service standards for residents and visitors.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

As our HUD Housing Site Manager, you'll earn a competitive wage of $25-$28 per hour. You'll work alongside a supportive team, lead site operations, oversee staff, and play a key role in maintaining a thriving community.

• Experience with affordable housing and HUD compliance standards

Prior experience as a property manager for 100+ units, customer service experience, strong technology skills, and a resilient, results-driven leadership style are preferred.
