Job summary

Red Oak Management Co., Inc. in Muskegon, MI is seeking an experienced full-time HUD Housing Site Manager to lead operations at a large affordable housing community.

You will supervise staff, ensure HUD compliance, and foster positive resident relations to create thriving, safe neighborhoods. You’ll coordinate leasing, lease signings, and welcome new residents while coordinating maintenance, work orders, and preventative tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience with affordable housing and HUD compliance standards.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local Fair Housing laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills in person, through email, and via Teams.
• Dependable and reliable attendance.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide applicants through the rental process and coordinate with the Muskegon Housing Commission.
• Coordinate lease signings and welcome new residents.
• Oversee maintenance activities to keep work orders, preventative maintenance, and turnovers on track.
• Supervise an office/leasing assistant and maintain high customer service standards for residents and visitors.
