Red Oak Management Co. Inc. is seeking a full-time Multi-Site Affordable Housing Manager to support communities across Sheridan, Stanton, Edmore, Ionia, Muir, and surrounding areas.

You will travel from home to assigned properties, guiding applicants through the housing process and assisting with recertifications. Working closely with maintenance teams, you’ll keep work orders and unit turns on schedule while delivering outstanding resident service and resolving concerns.

Formación

• Experience in affordable housing industry is required.
• Prior experience as a site manager is required.
• Understanding of fair housing laws and regulations.

SCHEDULE:

This is a full-time position with daily travel throughout the service area, and you will dispatch directly from home without reporting to a central office location.

YOUR ROLE:

In this position, you'll travel directly from home to your assigned communities, helping applicants through the affordable housing process, supporting resident recertifications, and serving as a key resource for residents and staff. You'll work closely with maintenance teams to keep work orders and unit turns on schedule, provide outstanding customer service, address resident concerns, and help ensure each community remains a welcoming and well-maintained place to call home.

In order to do this, you'll need the following:

• Experience in affordable housing industry
• Prior experience as a site manager
• Understanding of fair housing laws and regulations
• Strong communication skills
• Professional and dependable
• Ability to travel to each site weekly with established office hours at each location

Previous multi-site management experience, strong organizational skills, and a high level of comfort with technology and property management software are preferred.
